Fast Track Move serves 18 cities and municipalities across the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, North York, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Markham, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Aurora, Newmarket, Barrie, Oshawa, Pickering, Whitby, Oakville, and Burlington. We also handle long-distance moves throughout Ontario.

We charge a single flat travel fee based on the distance zone of your move, ranging from $200 for moves within 25 km to $1,075 for moves over 226 km. This fee is charged once per move and covers crew travel from our North York base to your location and back. There are no hidden mileage surcharges.

Fast Track Move charges hourly rates based on crew size: $179/hour for 2 movers, $230/hour for 3 movers, $280/hour for 4 movers, and $331/hour for 5 movers. All jobs have a 3-hour minimum. This rate includes the crew, truck, all equipment, furniture blankets, and floor protection.

Yes. Fast Track Move is CVOR-certified by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, carries full commercial general liability and cargo insurance, and provides WSIB coverage for all crew members. We are fully licensed to operate across Ontario.
